Most of the tattoos we do are custom, and we produce ALOT, being one of Brisbane's busiest tattoo studios. We also have 'most excellent' drawing and digital skills to make one-of-a-kind (OOAK) bespoke tattoos quite quickly. To organize a custom tattoo, we can usually liaise with you via email or dm's to develop a design but sometimes a consultation is needed. Just contact us to organize one - they're free and take 15-30 minutes. Come prepared with as much reference material and information as possible, so that we can better understand what you're after. We do not copy other peoples' work, out of respect for the person with the tattoo and the artist who came up with the design. We'll gladly review reference material with you as inspo, but we'd prefer to come up with something unique so that it's just for you. We also don't reuse custom designs on other clients. This is strictly the domain of tattoo flash in old school tattoo rules and we hold fast to these values. We normally take at least a few days to come up with a design. We don't generally charge for this service, but this means that we do not show you the design until the day of the tattoo, after having sketched out the idea with you previously. Our reviews stand as testimonial to how skilled we are in delivering excellent results.

💌 Walk-ins are welcome and we can usually fit you in but if you're after a custom piece and have limited availability, we recommend you book an appointment to secure your spot. If you're not sure who'd be best for the job, our receptionist knows them all super well and can point you in the right direction. 💕Yes, all our artists are highly skilled in fine line and delicate tattoos.

It depends! Tattoos on these areas don't generally hold up very well. They can look great when they're fresh but they usually blur/fade very quickly and not uniformly. They can also impact your career options, even though your potential employer may not be transparent about it. Some of our artists do tattoo these areas, but it's best to give us a call/email/dm to discuss first.

💌Yes, we are all very experienced in scar camouflage and cover-ups to disguise scarring. It's usually best to organize a 15-30 minute free consultation with one of our specialist artists first. Just contact reception. Some scars do not take the ink as well so it's generally best to consider shaded organic designs rather than images with strong geometric structures that are less forgiving visually with any inconsistencies in the design's outcome. Sometimes the linework will fall out a little or may blur out more than usual so it's best to approach slowly and carefully, with some one experienced in freehand technique who can change the design as they tattoo to suit the skin's reaction. We recommend waiting for at least 6 months, ideally up to 18 months if possible, to let the scarred tissue settle down. Sensitivity and the amount of raised skin often subsides quite a bit in that time frame.

😎 Yep, alot! Only experienced tattoo artists should approach repair and cover-up work and we are highly skilled at it. You can cover just about anything and it will look fine when it's fresh but the tattoo ink eventually blends into the old tattoo and if the job hasn't been done right, the old tattoo will start reappearing, often about 6 months after the cover-up. The only thing that covers black is black. A fresh tattoo looks pretty opaque, regardless of what's underneath. Think of tattoo ink more like marker pens. Imagine if you put light blue over a black marker pen image? The best way to cover an old tattoo is to make the original tattoo a smaller part of a larger tattoo. This section will usually need to be darker. There is a lot more flexibility and opportunity to create an optimal result this way. You're welcome to send us a photo of your existing tattoo, and we can give you some advice on how to cover it. Sometimes the design will need to be drawn directly onto the skin (freehand style) before tattooing, rather than predrawing and relying on a stencil. Only experienced artist should be trusted with this process. We will occasionally be left with little option other than to recommend at least one laser tattoo removal treatment before waiting at least 6 months then organizing a cover-up tattoo. Again, you're welcome to contact us to have a chat about it and we'll tell you what we'd recommend, based on your situation.

💑Yes! Half of us have children too so we get it. Families are very welcome here. We just don't tattoo minors 😇
