Welcome To our New Website

We are finally joining the 21st century and jumping on the blog-wagon.

So watch out for riveting news from us in the near future.

To get you up to date with the latest, it seems that Wild at Heart is breeding the next generation of tattooers. Bernie and Cathy have had their second child Sophia at the end of last year and Scott Bainbridge and his partner Tori are looking forward to their first baby very soon.

So while some have been breeding others have been drawing for new t-shirts. Look out for a whole new line of Wild at Heart Tattoo t-shirts, canvas bags and stickers real soon.

We welcome back Cathy after her maternity leave. Spread the word as she will be working one day a week at Charlotte Street. Join us on Mondays for Ladies Day with Cathy and Victoria tattooin? and Danielle on the counter to help you out.

Oh and we have just had a shipment in of the coolest Mexican handicrafts!!!

Mexican blankets, wresting masks, Day of the Dead dioramas, hand tooled mirrors and so much more.

Charlotte Street has just gotten a face lift too.

See you real soon x

    Hi guys
I got my first tattoo at charlotte street back in 1997 and have continued the trend coming back to you guys again in 2002.MY TATTS are still in excellent condition and was wondering if there was different qualitys in the ink used.I am in emerald QLD and want to get some more work done but am unsure if they would use a high grade ink or not.Can you please help out
    regards Leeroy.

  • Hi Leeroy, there are so many good quality inks available now that the chances of someone using poor inks are slim. Providing they haven’t bought bootleg Chinese inks by mistake. It’s not so much the quality of the inks, but how the artist puts them into the skin that makes the difference. I would check out their artwork and and try to see some healed tattoos to get an idea of what the work was like. Sorry for the slow reply, but it’s a new website and still getting the hang of it.

    Regards,
    Bernie.

  • Hey Craig, Jimmy’s back from his Norwegian tattooing expedition and he’s raring to go.
